Foundations of Breathwork (Beginner Friendly)
Learn the fundamentals of conscious breathing in a supportive group setting.
This class introduces you to the basics of nervous system regulation, emotional release, and breath awareness. Perfect for first-timers.

Sunday Rebirthing Circle
An immersive journey into circular breathing, guided release, and spiritual reconnection.
Expect music, intentional breath, and gentle integration.
When: Sundays at 4 PM
Length: 90 minutes

Sound & Stillness
A restorative experience with guided meditation and sound bowls.
Ideal for stress relief, sleep support, and energetic recalibration.
