Group Breathe (breathwork)
This weekly class is open to anyone curious or interested in breathwork: first-time or seasoned. Bring attention to your breath to shift your physiology, temperament, and state of mind.
Class includes a full hour of guided circular breath, a powerful technique that is immersive and experiential.
When: Thursdays

Morning Breathe (breathwork)
Join us in the mornings for one hour of conscious connected breathwork. Class is open to all levels, beginners and seasoned. Wonderful way to start the day, fully grounded and in your body. Feel your aliveness - strip away the stress.
We supply everything, just bring yourself.

Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience (breathwork)
This offering combines powerful components of different modalities to create an experience that can: foster a deeper connection with yourself, clear your mind, reduce stress, help to heal inner trauma, release emotions, expand awareness, create clarity and inspiration, increase intuition, enhance visualization to create the life of your dreams and leave feeling uplifted and at peace.
When: One Saturday per Month

Somatic Breathwork (breathwork)
Rooted in holotropic-inspired elements, this breathwork journey goes far beyond calming the mind or managing stress. It’s about moving energy, unlocking emotion, and accessing the deep intelligence of your body and spirit.
Using conscious connected breath, intuitive guidance, holotropic techniques, and a curated soundscape, you’ll be supported in a process that opens you, softens you, and brings you back home to yourself.

Qi Gong (movement + meditation)
Qi Gong uses breath and gentle movements to restore the body and mind to optimum health by allowing energy to move through the body's meridians, breaking up toxins and stagnation.
Beginning with seated, self-massage to release toxins stored in the body, the practice takes you through standing meditative postures and transitions that connect mind, body, and spirit, and cultivates a sense of calm and overall improvement in health and wellbeing.

A holistic and therapeutically influenced offering that embraces the duality of yoga through the application of both nourishing yin + fluidly vibrant yang practices. Class begins with long-held grounding postures to open deep connective tissues and then gracefully transition into an intentional vinyasa flow with room for personal exploration. With sprinkles of pranayama, mudra, and wisdom of the subtle universal energies, you'll rise from savasana feeling vibrationally elevated & unified!
